Then simple cutout all the items your'e looking to install in your bathroom, and place them to fit. 

 

TIP - Ensure you allow space for doors on showers and vanities to swing open. 

And remember the easiest way to reduce plumbing costs is to place new fixtures in the same position as the old ones to make best use of existing plumbing.
